This page provides information to minor hockey associations that wish to host a hockey tournament.

Steps:

You must fill in the Tournament Sanction Form and have it approved by the District Chair.  The completed form must be then emailed back to the HEO office (heominor@heominor.ca) for completion of the sanctioning process.

You will receive a 14" paper copy of the approved sanction form once it has been reviewed and approved.
