This page provides information to minor hockey associations that wish to host a hockey tournament.

Steps:

You must fill in the Tournament Sanction Form and have it approved by the District Chair.  The completed form must be then emailed back to the HEO office () for completion of the sanctioning process.

You will receive a 14" paper copy of the approved sanction form once it has been reviewed and approved.
