SCENARIOS REGARDING RESIDENCY

Please refer to the above policy.

1. A player in District Z moves to different association in District Z.

Player would fill out a DISTRICT Declaration of Residency form which only requires the new President's signature and the District Registrars Signature. Ensure that you have proof of new residency.

2. A player in District Z last year rec’d transfer approval to play out of District Z, now is returning.

If the player hasn’t changed his address…. Nothing need be filled out.

3. A player is from outside of HEO .i.e.:

a. Toronto -A letter from old association letting YOU know that player has no outstanding suspensions nor has any financial responsibilities to old association. Ensure that you have proof of new residency.

b. Quebec - a letter from old association letting YOU know that player has no outstanding suspensions nor has any financial responsibilities to old association. Ensure that you have proof of new residency.

c. USA - Out of our hands - please have the parent contact Debbie Rambeau, HEO at 613-224-7686

d. Europe - Out of our hands - please have parents contact Debbie Rambeau, HEO at 613-224-7686

4. A player from another HEO Association

Player would need to complete the Declaration of Inter-District Residency and give it to the new Association for processing..
