HEO Minor has one Minor Representative who participates on the HEO Development Committee to discuss matters to do with the Development Program for our Officials, Coaches, Trainers and Players.  This committee convenes at the HEO hockey office, 813 Shefford Road, Richcraft Sensplex, 2nd floor, Ottawa,  ON.  The Chairman is the Vice-President of Development and they plan to meet six times during the season to discuss current and future concerns regarding Development issues.
