HEO Minor sends two representatives to the Rules and Officials Committee meetings.  Discussions are held regarding officiating matters and rule interpretation.  This committee convenes four times per season at the Hockey Eastern Ontario office, 813 Shefford Rd, Richcraft Sensplex Suite 201,Ottawa, ON.
