HEO Minor has been informed of the passing of Lloyd Switzer by Nepean Minor Hockey and we echo the sentiments of Nepean in passing on our condolences.

Many will know Lloyd from coaching at the elite levels in several Associations.

The NMHA is saddened to learn of the passing of Lloyd “Butch” Switzer. Butch was an elite level coach in Nepean in the 1990’s and then with Kanata, Ottawa Valley Titans, Ottawa Senators. He was a well-respected coach and mentor to the hundreds of players on his teams over the years. Our deepest condolences to his family at this difficult time.
